iCanConnect was established by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and is also known as the National Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution Program (NDBEDP). iCanConnect is a national program that provides free equipment and training to help people stay connected with friends, family, and the world. People with significant combined vision and hearing loss who meet federal income and disability guidelines may be eligible to receive assistive technology and training, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, screen readers, braille equipment and software.

Online Store

ABVI’s online store promotes independence for individuals who need low vision aids. Prior to ordering a product, we recommend an individual become a client of ABVI and receive a screening to ensure that the correct product is ordered. However, our Low Vision store is open to anyone in the United States to accommodate those outside of our service area. For more information about becoming an ABVI client, please call 843-723-6915 or email info@abvisc.org.
