The Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired South Carolina (ABVI) provides independent living, vocational rehabilitation and educational skills training for adults and children with low vision or blindness to help them live safe, independent and fulfilling lives. Without ABVI, these services would be difficult if not impossible to find, depending on where you live in SC. ABVI  provides comprehensive vision rehabilitation training for individuals of all ages across South Carolina and beyond.
