ABVI Enhances Midlands and Upstate Locations to Include Dedicated Client Space
Expanding capacity to empower more adults with vision loss across South Carolina
Columbia and Greenville, S.C. — July 22, 2026– The Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired South Carolina (ABVI) is pleased to announce a new physical location for its Midlands office and an expanded permanent space for its Upstate office in Greenville. These updates reflect ABVI’s continued growth and commitment to meeting the needs of individuals who are blind or low vision across South Carolina.
The new Midlands office is located at 810 Dutch Square Boulevard, Suite 195, Columbia, SC 29210. The location offers a convenient setting that is easily accessible by local transit and provides dedicated space for client instruction, equipment demonstrations, group workshops, and collaborative staff planning.
In the Upstate, ABVI’s Greenville office now includes a permanent space within JudHub at 701 Easley Bridge Road, Building 6000, Suite 6070, Room 102, Greenville, SC 29611. The additional space can accommodate group events and one-on-one trainings, which further strengthens ABVI’s capacity to serve more clients in the Upstate.
Both locations provide greater opportunities for client instruction while providing ABVI staff with an enhanced workspace for planning and team development. The new spaces will help further ABVI’s mission to empower individuals who are blind or low vision to live fulfilling, purpose-driven lives.
